GRAND FORKS, North Dakota—EdgeData, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Kris Gulick as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Gulick will help to advance the financial and business strategy of the organization.
Gulick brings decades of consulting and finance experience to the EdgeData leadership team. An entrepreneur at heart, Gulick started Cedar Rapids-based consulting firm, Entrepreneurial Services Group LLC, in 2005. As owner and CFO of Entrepreneurial Services Group LLC, Gulick aided clients in financial strategy, assisted in client relations and promoted business development, until he sold the company in 2017. A CPA by trade, Gulick also has a substantial background in accounting.

In his role as CFO, Gulick will spearhead the planning and implementation of updated processes to scale the company for growth. This will include raising capital and expanding subsidiary companies under EdgeData. Gulick has already played a significant role in raising capital for EdgeData.
